The Chair
of the Site Visiting team and the Section Chairs of the Advisory Council
and Ethics Committee Chair will have a permanent seat on the Board of
Trustees. Each will be elected annually by their respective members
commencing in 2009

A
Founding member shall appoint a provisional Trustee to the Board of
Trustees. The Accredited schools shall appoint a permanent member to the
Board for a three year term. The President will serve as Board Chair.
The Board will elect officers that need not be Board members. In the
event any vote is tie the President shall have a vote.

Officers
and Trustees will be elected at the annual meeting and will serve
without financial compensation. Should a majority of trustees direct an
officer to travel, the association treasurer shall pay any reasonable
expense incurred.

The Board
of Trustees shall be responsible to participate in the affairs of the
Association and for the policies to direct its Executive Director, and
it may exercise all of the powers that may be lawfully exercised in the
State of New York.
